Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You may return or exchange your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date to: PO Box 961525, Miami, FL 33296. We Only issue refunds from purchases made directly though either the site. If purchased from a retailer, please directly contact the retailer were you purchased the product and follow their return guidelines. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping postage.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class/Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Other shipping methods are available upon request; however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase. International Shipping is available, however expect at least 2 to 3 weeks for delivery in some parts of the world. We will NOT ship international orders until payment is verified and secure. Delivery confirmation will be emailed to your provided email address when possible, depending on the country/region and customs protocol.
